Pantry Must-Haves

The freezer and the pantry are good friends of mine, and I hope this post will allow you to utilize your pantry to its fullest potential! Having a stocked pantry filled with great non-perishable ingredients will enable you to elevate your dishes and quickly pull together meals on nights when you're scrambling for what to put on the table.


Having a well-organized space not only helps your pantry look nice and neat, but you'll also be able to see what you have on hand!


Flour

  • Almond flour

  • All-Purpose Flour, King Arthur

  • Cassava Flour

  • Arrowroot

Oils & Vinegar

  • Avocado Oil

  • Olive Oil

  • Coconut Oil

  • Apple Cider Vinegar

  • Rice Wine Vinegar

  • Balsamic Vinegar

  • Red Wine Vinegar

  • Sherry Vinegar (I'm on such a sherry vinegar kick, and I can't wait to write a post diving into this magical ingredient soon!)

  • Champagne Vinegar

Necessities aka chocolate

  • Hu chocolate bars

  • Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • Ghirardelli white chocolate chips

  • Unreal chocolate peanut butter cups

Dry Goods

  • Baking powder and baking soda

  • Panko breadcrumbs

  • Spices: paprika, cumin, turmeric, chili powder, cinnamon, nutritional yeast, nutmeg, garlic powder, onion powder, Everything But the Bagel seasoning (to name a few)

  • Banza chickpea pasta

  • Wonder Noodle

  • Plain white sugar

  • Brown Sugar

  • Monkfruit Sugar

Shelf Stable Condiments and Ingredients

  • Honey

  • Coconut milk, full fat

  • Hot sauces (I don't use hot sauce, but Eric's favorite is Texas Pete)

  • Salsa

  • Enchilada sauce - green and red sauces from the Hatch brand are both delicious

  • Diced green chiles - Hatch brand

  • Dijon mustard

  • Almond butter

  • Amy's refried beans

  • Cannellini beans

  • Rao's tomato basil sauce

  • Onions

  • Garlic bulbs

  • Shallots

  • Sweet potatoes

  • Grape tomatoes
