Overnight Oats 5 Ways

Get your mornings back with an easy and filling breakfast to kick off your day!


Each recipe yields 2 servings


Apple Pie Overnight Oats

  • 1 cup of old fashioned rolled oats

  • 1 cup of almond milk (or milk of your choice)

  • 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon of monk fruit sweetener or honey

  • 1/2 Honeycrisp apple, diced

  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon of maple or vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon of Ghee


  1. Heat ghee over medium heat in a skillet. Once hot, add the apples, cinnamon, and monk fruit sweetener. Sautee until fragrant and the apples are caramelized. Set aside.

  2. In a bowl, combine the oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple or vanilla extract, and half of the sauteed diced apples. Divide into two jars (for 2 servings) and top each with the remaining sauteed apples as a topping.

  3. Store in the fridge overnight. The next morning, enjoy with peanut butter or as is!


Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

  • 1 cup of old fashioned rolled oats oats

  • 1 cup of almond milk (or milk of your choice)

  • 1/4 cup of pumpkin purée

  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon of monk fruit sweetener or honey

  • 1 tablespoon of pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 teaspoon of maple or vanilla extract


  1. In a bowl combine all of the ingredients and mix until combined.

  2. Separate the 2 servings into jars, store in the fridge overnight, or up to 3 days. When you're ready to eat, add almond butter if desired and enjoy!


Chocolate Orange Overnight Oats

  • 1 cup of oats

  • 1 cup of almond milk (or milk of your choice)

  • 1 tablespoon of cacao powder

  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon of monk fruit sweetener or honey

  • 1 teaspoon of orange extract

  • Orange slices


  1. In a bowl combine all of the ingredients and mix until combined.

  2. Separate the 2 servings into jars, store in the fridge overnight, or up to 3 days. When you're ready to eat, add sliced oranges on top and enjoy!


Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

  • 1 cup of old fashioned rolled oats

  • 1 cup of almond milk (or milk of your choice)

  • 1 tablespoon of cacao powder

  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon of monk fruit sweetener or honey

  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, or the nut butter of your choice

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • Banana, sliced

  1. In a bowl combine all of the ingredients and mix until combined.

  2. Separate the 2 servings into jars, store in the fridge overnight, or up to 3 days. When you're ready to eat, add sliced banana on top and enjoy!




Chocolate Strawberry Overnight Oats


  • 1 cup of old fashioned rolled oats

  • 1 cup of almond milk (or milk of your choice)

  • 1 tablespoon of cacao powder

  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

  • 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips, melted in the microwave

  • 1 teaspoon of monk fruit sweetener or honey

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup of fresh strawberries, sliced

  1. In a bowl combine all of the ingredients except for half of the sliced strawberries - save these for a topping! Mix until combined.

  2. Separate the 2 servings into jars, store in the fridge overnight, or up to 3 days. When you're ready to eat, add the rest of the sliced strawberries on top and enjoy!
