Kiwi & Mango Smoothie

I created this recipe for my friend Lindsay Freedman over at She wanted me to create a smoothie that is filled with healthy nutrients for glowing skin. Kiwi is loaded with Vitamin C and rich in antioxidants, your skin's best friends! Mango is also high in vitamins and helps balance out the kiwi's tartness with tropical mango sweetness - delivering you a perfectly balanced and scrumptious smoothie!

Yields 4 servings


  • 5 ripe kiwis, peeled and halved

  • 1 ripe banana, cut in half

  • 1 bag of frozen mango, 15-18 oz

  • 1 cup of Tuscan Kale, washed and roughly chopped

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 1 cup of milk of your choice

  • 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt

  • Sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)


  • Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass, picture yourself on a tropical island, and enjoy!
