Caesar salad dressing

Do you want to get really fancy, really easily? Making your own salad dressing is a great way to customize and *dress* up an old favorite like a Caesar salad

  • 1 cup of premade mayonnaise

  • Juice from 1 lemon

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 dash of Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard

  • 2 anchovies, chopped finely

  • Salt & pepper

  • 2 bunches of Lacinato kale, stems removed

  • 1 pint of grape tomatoes, sliced in half

  • 1/2 avocado, diced

  • Marcona almonds

  • Freshly grated parmesan

Mix all of the salad dressing ingredients and thin it out with a little water or more lemon juice until it's your desired consistency. Top the salad with as much as you'd like and store the rest in the fridge for the week.
