Who says you can't eat dessert for breakfast? Take the classic apple pie flavors, mix it into a filling and delicious oatmeal bake - boom, you've got breakfast for the week! I won't even judge you if you put a little vanilla ice cream on top
Yields 4-6 servings

Total time: 26 minutes
Ingredients:
2 cups of old fashioned oats
2 cups of almond milk
1/2 Honeycrisp apple, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1/2 of a ripe banana, mashed with a fork into a paste
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of flaxseed
1 tablespoon of brown sugar (or 1 tsp monk fruit sweetener)
1 teaspoon of vanilla or maple extract
2 tablespoons of cinnamon, apple pie spice, or pumpkin pie spice
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350℉
Sautee the apples with 1 tbsp of cinnamon/apple pie spice/pumpkin pie spice, over medium-low heat. Once it's caramelized, pour the mix into a small bowl and allow it to cool.
In a large bowl, mix in the rest of the ingredients and half of the sauteed apples. Pour into a baking dish and top with the remaining sauteed apples.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Store in the fridge for the week to be enjoyed!
