4 Ingredient Pesto Salmon

Wow wow wow this dish is embarrassingly easy, but it will impress guests at a dinner party and even please your picky toddler!

Yields 4 servings


  • 4 salmon filets

  • Freshly cracked pepper

  • 1 cup of premade pesto (you can make your own if you are feeling fancy!)

  • 1 lemon


  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees

  2. Pat the salmon dry to remove any moisture so it roasts in the oven. Sprinkle with a large pinch of freshly ground pepper. Brush on the pesto sauce so that the top and sides are covered

  3. Roast until cooked through, about 15-20 minutes depending on the thickness

  4. Squeeze lemon juice on top once it's done and enjoy immediately!
